Shipping & Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please ensure that you select the correct product model and color when placing your order, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, and shipped the next business day after processing.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and peak sale periods.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery destination.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.

TRACKING

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and provide any required information to customs or the courier.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Failure to provide required information
  • Failure to respond to delivery attempts
  • Incomplete customs clearance

We are unable to offer a free refund or replacement. In such cases, a new order may be required.

DELIVERY

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Your order may be delivered by:

  • Courier service

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice may be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ningbo Cexing Trading Co., Ltd. is not responsible for these additional charges.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered comply with local import regulations.

We are not liable for items that are restricted or rejected by customs authorities.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

All prices on our website are displayed in your local currency for convenience, but all transactions are processed in USD.

If your payment method uses another currency, your bank may apply:

These fees are determined by your bank or card issuer.
